Shaken, not stirred!

Dat weet iedereen wel, van wie deze fameuze quote is, toch? Heb altijd met heel veel plezier naar de James Bond films gekeken en toen ik zag dat de challenge bij Cinema Saturday "Casino Royale" was, kreeg ik een ideetje. Er zijn veel Bonds geweest en ieder had op zijn manier wel iets  speciaals, Roger Moore vond ik geweldig omdat hij een échte gentleman was en zoveel humor had, Sean Connery had een fantastische uitstraling en prachtige stem (nóg!), Pierce Brosnan was weer wat serieuzer maar teveel fotomodel en Daniel Craig is helaas niet mijn favoriet omdat hij nét niet charmant genoeg is en iedere vorm van humor mist, jammer genoeg. Ik wist wel een goede opvolger, wat denken jullie van George Clooney? Die man heeft 't toch helemaal? Ook al is hij geen Brit? Of zou het een beetje raar zijn wanneer hij z'n Nespresso 'shaken, not stirred' bestelt? Anyway, voor mij is Bond een combinatie van actie en humor en dat wou ik terug laten komen in mijn kaart. Vanwege de titel van de film heb ik deze grappige quote van V.P. Pappy gekozen en heb een speelkaart/wc-bordje gemaakt (verwijzing naar de 'flush'). Stempels zijn van Inkadinkado (Games).

We probably all know whose famous quote this is, right? I've always loved watching James Bond movies and when I saw the challenge at Cinema Saturday ("Casino Royale") I wanted to play. There have been quite a few Bonds and each and every one of them had something special. I loved Roger Moore for being such a gentleman and his great sense of humour, Sean Connery had great looks and a magnifent voice (still does!), Pierce Brosnan was more serious but was also too much of a model and I'm afraid that Daniel Craig is not one of my personal favourites because I miss charm and humour. I can think of a perfect James Bond though. What do you think of George Clooney? He's got it all, right? Even though he's not British?  Or do you think it would look kinda weird if we heard him order his Nespresso 'shaken, not stirred' ? Anyway, to me the perfect Bond is still a combination of action and humour and I tried to use these elements in my card as well. Because of the title of the movie I used this funny quote by V.P. Pappy, so I made a playing card/restroom sign. Stamps are from Inkadinkado (Games).
