A couple of weeks ago I won the challenge at My Partner in Crafting Crime with my card "This Is A Man's World" and now Jenny and Robin have asked me to be their Guest Designer for their new challenge (#14), "It's A Material World". You're supposed to use material and/or fabric on your card. For my wallhanger I used paper of Marianne Design, the picture of the knitting lady can be found at Bellisima who shares the most pretty images. I used natural materials such as sisal, lace, cotton, pearls and jute. And metal of course! (the little pair of scissors). It was fun picking up my knitting pens again, well, actually they're satay skewers (extra long ones, makes the knitting go faster!) I used white cotton, put it in some dark tea for the right colour. Polka Doodle (#42 Welcome New Baby) - I've taken this one out of the box, granny is knitting a new jumper for her grandchild, LOL!
This is so clever - love the knitting on satey sticks! A very pretty card.

Groetjes, mijn twee kleindochters uit Friesland komen zo, morgen sluit mijn kleindochter uit Brabant zich hierbij aan. Dus groot feest in huize barendregt. Ik ga weer heerlijk van ze genieten, foto's maken. Mijn kleine dochters met de jonge poezen spelen, knutselen en ik hoop ook nog lekker buitenspelen.
